MS (Mechatronics System) business of Sewon Cellontech, Inc. instituted the technologies of YUKEN, Japan since the late 1970’s, and has developed and manufactured the products for past 30 years since the early 1980’s to make the original technologies of HE localized breaking from the simple commercialization.
From the beginning with the localization of the parts, we have acquired the précised progress technologies and the technologies on assembly/test by developing the lower pressure products of the hydraulic equipment. We are the first company leading localization of the industrial hydraulic equipment products in Korea, and released them in the market. We are admitted as the company offers the products of the identical qualities to the Japanese products with the competitive prices and the delivery dates.
Moreover, in order to implement the stable manufacture/quality basis, we acquired the ISO9001 in the field of hydraulic systems, and secure the international certificates of the CE mark with the strategy of exporting to the U.S. and Europe.
Sewon Cellontech, Inc. realized the technical cooperation limits of the advanced skill acquisition and the export abroad, established the R&D center, and has prepared for the technical identity and the future markets.
On the stage of I (2006~2010), we classified the system and the single item. In the field of the system, we began the business by securing the system engineering technology. In the field of the single item, we completed the strategy product development in 2010.
With the result of Sewon Cellontech, Inc.’s continuing technology development, we have secured the new concept based technology of EH (electro hydraulic).
We combined the existing hydraulic single item (types of pumps and valves) to the electro product (proportional valve & controller), so the important parts, EH valve block, press, injection machine and fan drive tester, of the electric excavating machine are combined to the products developed by Sewon Collontech, Inc.’s EH based research center.
On the stage of II (2011~2015), the original technology of the next generation called EHP (electro hydraulic platform) has been secured.
EHP is the unique brand name refers to the electric electronic hydraulic platform of the next generation assimilated with the packages of the compact hydraulic systems of the high pressure piston pump, lowh noise-high output servo motor, the energy saving valve block and the high-precision cylinder and the high leveled IT technologies such as the software, the sensor and the high-precision sensor.
EHP is the innovated technology strengthening the energy efficiency through the IT/communication controlling of the control & monitoring system, the epoch-making energy saving and the optimized controlling by using the convenience of the power by wire/no piping system, reliance based on the fault tolerant software, remote controlling and the smart phone. EHP processes the original EHP technology development on the stage of II applicable widely to the fields of the excavating equipment, the general industry, the shipbuilding, the aviation and the medicine.
On the stage of III (2016~2020), we process the commercialization applied with various EHP applications connected to the existing demanding corporations, and have the strategy of Sewon Cellontech R&D Center to establish the preoccupy the future markets through the continuing information collection beside the existing fields.
